- The 3M Littmann Lightweight II SE is a general purpose stethoscope with an improved design that provides reliable acoustics for basic blood pressure and limited physical assessment
- It has a chestpiece shape designed for better orientation around blood pressure cuffs and body contours
- In addition, this stethoscope has a two sided chestpiece; a traditional bell on the smaller side and the 3M Littmann tunable diaphragm on the larger side of the chestpiece
- The 3M Littmann tunable diaphragm conveniently alternates between high and low frequency sounds without the need to turn over the chestpiece and reposition the stethoscope. Use firm pressure with the tunable diaphragm to listen to the high frequencies and use light pressure to listen to the low frequencies
- The Lightweight II comes with the patented 3M Littmann snap tight soft-sealing eartips that create an excellent acoustic seal to reduce ambient noise as well as providing a comfortable fit

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Refunds will be processed upon items arriving back at MedLamps and can take up to 10 working days to arrive. You will be notified by email when the refund has been instructed.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Items marked as pre-order will be shipped as soon as stock.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
